The 7th Arab Water Week took place at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center on the Dead Sea in Jordan from 4 to 6 May 2025, bringing together over 500 experts, leaders, and innovators to explore the nexus of water, energy, environment, and food sustainability.
Featuring thematic sessions and groundbreaking trenchless technology discussions, this event fostered collaboration across Arab countries for water governance, knowledge transfer, integrated utilities planning, and infrastructure financing, among other vital areas of cooperation.
The Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz International Prize for Water (PSIPW), represented by its Executive Director Eng. Ali-Wafa Abu-Risheh (pictured), was a knowledge partner of the event, which took place under the auspices of the Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA).
The conference was held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, President of Jordan's Royal Scientific Society (RSS), UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Science for Peace, and former President of the World Association of Industrial and Technological Research Organization (WAITRO).
